KiaDom Homes designs and builds custom granny flats, second dwellings, studios and small-home renovations across south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales. We manage the whole project — design, council approvals and construction — on a fixed-price QBCC contract, with a guaranteed handover date. Pricing is tailored per project and quoted after an initial consultation (we do not advertise a fixed sticker price).
