Here at KiaDom Homes we understand how dauting it can be to build a second dwelling on your property and have tradespeople coming and going all day whilst you are still living at the property.  We pride our selves on our selection of suppliers and tradesman who have all been hand picked by Greg himself to ensure the whole process runs smoothly and is an enjoyable process for all concerned.

Initial Consultation

What we do

During our initial consultation we will assess the viability of your project by understanding your needs and applying the relevant council requirements. We will give you an idea on what additional reports and assessments may be required. Based on that information we will give you a broad project estimate.

What You do

With the knowledge of our project assessment and broad pricing range you will be able to decide if you would like to proceed to the Preliminary Services Stage.

Preliminary Service Agreement

What we do

As the name suggests we will undertake all the preliminary services required in order to deliver you a complete fixed price and time contract. Whether you chose one of our ready to build plans or have you project custom designed we will complete the project drawings to suit you block, complete the engineering design, compile any and all reports required such as a bushfire or acoustic assessment. We will use all the information to deliver you with a complete fixed price and time project proposal.

What You Do

Start thinking about your styles. Complete our Project Selections sheet by visiting some of our friendly suppliers who trained to help with your interior design and the final look of your new home.

Contract

What we do

Provide you with a fixed price contact that is guaranteed not to increase. We will also have a building timeframe contracted so you know your ultimate completion date. We use contract templates supplied by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) so you can have piece of mind of a fair and impartial contract.

What You Do

Take the time to read and understand the building contract. Feel free to ask as many questions as you need to ensure you are comfortable to move forward with you new home.

What we do

Everything. 

From the initial site establishment to the final clean we will take care of every step of the building process.

What You do

Enjoy watching your building come out of the ground. Our friendly supervisors will walk you through every step of the project and show you all the sages as we go along.

Handover

What we do

Once your new home has been professionally cleaned and is ready for you to move in we will walk you through the home showing you the ins and outs of everything that moves and doesn’t.

Move in and pop the champagne. From the day you move in you can start enjoying your new home and creating the memories that will last for ever.

Our Guarantee

Structural Guarantee

KiaDom Homes offers you a 12 month Non-structural and six-year six-month Structural Guarantee on your new home. This Guarantee is subject to the terms outlined in your New Home Building Contract.  Elements of your home that are constructed from Truecore Steel components are backed by a 50-year Bluescope warranty.
